How we work
The order process is as follows when you decide to order a habitat for your truck.
1. Contact
You can contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email to get started.
We will then schedule an appointment to discuss your requirements in detail.
This meeting can take place either in person or via a Teams/video call, depending on your preference. As many of our customers are located remotely, a video call is often the most convenient option.
During the meeting, we will go through the specifics of your habitat and present a 3D model to give you a clear visual impression. The 3D model can also be shared afterwards for interior planning purposes.
2. Down Payment
After finalizing all details, you will receive a quotation.
To proceed, a 50% down payment is required.
Once the payment is received, we will order materials and start production.
3. Final Inspection and Pickup
Upon completion of the habitat box, a second invoice of 25% of the total price will be issued.
The remaining balance is payable upon collection, following a final inspection by the customer to confirm that all specifications have been met.
